Katz 4 Club is a very popular programme which normally runs for 4 - 6 weeks and provides a great introduction to both keepers and coaches to the fundamentals of goalkeeping. Katz launched one of the first club camps of the year at West Bridgford Colts when they began their 8 weeks Katz 4 Clubs sessions at the new Gresham astroturf in Wilford. West Bridgford Club Development Officer Baz Najdan said “We enjoy working Katz. They provide a great service to the club and our players learn a lot and just love the sessions”. Twenty seven young keepers took part in the first session led by the Katz team of Heyes, Deeney, Cook and Wilson.
This form of coaching is proving very popular and we have worked with many clubs at all levels including Sherwood FC, Long Eaton United, Toton Tigers FC, Nottingham University, Edwalton FC and Netherfield Colts.
