If you are unable to attend a course
If you are ill or have sustained an injury please let us know before the course starts by emailing Sharon@katzkeepers.co.uk
Alternatively please send a text on the morning of the course before 9am to 07983 612798. This will mean that the course can start on time for the other players if we know that you are not attending.
If you cancel your booking before the course starts (as above) you will not incur any charges. Should you cancel once the course has begun due to illness or injury, please note that we are unable to offer any refund, however we are happy to carry forward the missed day to the next convenient course for you.
